Vin to Win: What is in store for the winning machine?
6th April 2023
It’s been all systems go since we announced the winner of the Special Refurb by Fendt in the #VinToWin competition. First prize winner Alexis Neveu and his father have been busy preparing their 2019 Fendt 720 Vario for its journey from their cereal farm in France to the Fendt facility in Germany. Meanwhile, the hand-picked team of experts have been making last minute preparations to the workshop as they eagerly await the arrival of the tractor.
Entire process captured on film

Assessing the work on the Fendt 720 Vario
As provisional checks are carried out before the tractor makes its way across Europe Alexis gets some unexpected but very welcome news. With only normal wear and tear found, as the tractor is relatively new, he is told there’s scope for some extra technology system additions. This includes the proposed addition of the brand’s own telemetry system, Fendt Connect.
Fendt Connect collects and evaluates machine data, so Alexis will be able to monitor, analyse and optimise the condition and use of his machine. This will not only increase efficiency but improve his working day. With mobile data transmission via 4G/LTE, real-time machine data can be retrieved anywhere – from his office PC, tablet, or smartphone.
